“Now, closed sales did take a hit—down 3.7% from last February and a whopping 26.9% from January. That means buyers are being a little pickier, but homes are still moving at the right price.”
“Speaking of inventory, we’ve got 482 active listings, up 17.5% from last year. More options for buyers, but still competitive!”
How Fast Are Homes Selling?
“The average days on market? 27 days—which is up from last month but still moving quickly. And sellers, get this—homes are selling for 101.3% of the original list price! That means well-priced homes are still getting full asking (or more!).”
