Your home and your needs are unique and we will develop a marketing plan centered around these.  This includes helping you prep the home for sale, staging, setting the right price and a "go to market" strategy.

With the right marketing strategy, we will receive offers on the timeline you need and we will negotiate these offers to get you the terms you desire.

Step 4

Due Diligence period

If the buyer wrote an offer with contingencies (inspections, financing contingencies etc.) this is the time to work through these and make sure the buyer meets all important contractual dates.

Prepare for settlement

Review your closing disclosure, confirm your moving plans, transfer utilities and prepare any required documents or payments.
